I’m a restaurant manager and we use these next to the hand sinks. We have a pretty good size team and it gets used frequently with no problems. I mounted it with the sticky side instead of using screws and it’s held up well.
My mom's room is just like a hospital room now. After my mom.became bedbound, we brought in care givers to assist with her care. Being medical professionals ourselves, this seemed a no-brainer add-on. It mounted easily right outside the door and works great. Walk by, place your hand under the dispenser, and out comes the right amount of sanitizer. Keeps from spreading germs to mom and keeps us clean after.
Only the refill with the same system name: an ES4 dispenser takes ES4 refills, a CS6 takes CS6, and so on. The refills are listed on this site under the same system.
Push-style units need none. ES6, ES8, ES10 and CS6/CS8 touch-free units get their power from the refill, so there are no batteries to change.
