Open the dispenser cover and lift out the empty refill
Snap the new refill in until it clicks; the nozzle is already on it

Great, but protected by a chip!

When I purchased, it was a good price and was actually available, unlike many other hand sanitizer products. It is important to note, like K-Cups, there is a device that can make your refill not work in your dispenser. The small plug in my pictures that fits into the dispenser can have different initials on it. If it doesn't match the sticker in your dispenser on the battery holder, the bottle will not work. This can be remedied by pulling that small plastic plug out with a pair of pliers and swapping it with your old bottle. I hope this helps someone.

Can I top it up from a bottle?

No. The refill is sealed for a reason; replace it as a unit and recycle the empty bottle.

Will this fit my dispenser?

Check the system name on the front of your dispenser (ES4, ES6, CS4, LTX-12 and so on); the refill must carry the same name. Refills are not interchangeable across systems.
